RETURN

All return requests for unwanted items must be made within 14 days of receiving the order and must be returned in its original packaged condition.

If you need to return an item, simply email us including your order number and reason for return. You will then be provided with a Return Authority Number and a return address to ship your item back.

All returned items will be inspected to check if you qualify for a refund.

REFUND
All Sanitary Solutions do not offer refunds under our Refund Policy, however:

If by any reason your good(s) are damaged upon receiving them, or they are the not the correct product(s) you ordered, take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can organize to exchange it with the correct product(s). 



We reserve the right to ask you to send us back the product(s) whether it is damaged, or not the proper item/product before we issue a replacement or exchange. In the case of our error, or goods damaged in transit.
